This summer Bodywise is offering a yoga or Pilates class to the public every week day morning outside. Monday and Tuesday yoga classes are held at the Elk Rapids Harbor at 9 AM. Wednesday class is Pilates at 7 AM at Memorial Park. Thursday and Friday yoga classes are held at the Memorial Park at 9 AM. If you would like to pre-register for class, please visit the classes link below. But you are also welcome to come without signing up beforehand.

We also provide personal Pilates training at our studio at 504 Bridge Street. We have the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and other small equipment. Our trainers have excellent training and experience. We welcome you to call or text 231-264-6688 for appointment openings.

Vino & Vinyasa Farm to Table Luncheon: a wine and yoga experience is also back this year! Saturday August 1, 2020 from 10:30 AM -12:30 PM. Please visit the events link below for more information and sign up.

Judith's yoga classes are an inspired mix of calming and challenging. She brings creativity and fresh boldness with new sequences and asanas every day. Heart pumping poses and combinations mixed with periods of rest and slow flow. With an emphasis on good alignment and healthy lifestyle choices, Judith strives to support her students to achieve optimal health. She is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and trained with the internationally acclaimed teacher, Shiva Rea. Judith has 20 years of experience teaching movement to all ages and levels.
