Currently, Zoom classes are held every weekday morning. We are still using punch cards or drop in fees for classes. It is easy to sign up! We have intermediate yoga classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 AM. There is a Pilates class on Tuesdays at 9 AM and a yoga class with an emphasis on strength on Thursdays at 9 AM. Gentle Yoga is on Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 AM.

Beginning mid-May through the summer and early fall, our classes will be held outside at the Elk Rapids Harbor or Elk Rapids Memorial Park. You may pre-register for class by visiting our website or the classes link below. Or please feel free to contact us at 231-264-6688.

We also provide personal Pilates training at our studio at 504 Bridge Street in Elk Rapids. We have the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and other small equipment. Our trainers have excellent training and experience. We welcome you to call or text 231-264-6688 for appointment openings.
