About Us

Meet with Judith, owner and nutrition coach, for a free break through session. Discover the options from nutrition coaching, fitness classes, a weekly cooking group and private training to find the right path for you. All services are offered year round.

Check out our fitness classes on weekday mornings. It is easy to sign up! Hatha Yoga classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday at 9 AM, Pilates Core & Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 AM and a Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Fridays at 9 AM. Gentle Yoga is on Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 AM. All classes are offered in-person and online via Zoom.

Beginning mid-May through the summer and early fall, our classes will be held at the Elk Rapids Jack Blesma Harbor Pavilion or outside at the Elk Rapids Memorial Park. You may pre-register for class by visiting our website or the classes link below or just come to class. And please feel free to contact us at 231-264-6688.

We also provide year round personal Pilates training at our studio in Elk Rapids. We have the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and other small equipment. Our trainers have excellent training and experience. We welcome you to call or text 231-264-6688 for appointment openings.

In summer months we are offering Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga sessions for individuals to groups up to ten people. Contact us for more information.
