Rotary Club of Elk Rapids Scholarship Application Three, $2,500 scholarships are available to current ERHS Seniors who plan on attending or are currently attending Northwestern Michigan College Requirements: 1. Applicants must be a current graduating senior of Elk Rapids Public Schools (either ERHS or Sunrise Academy) and can apply up to two years after graduation year. 2.
