Job Description: The Quality Lab Technician is responsible for assuring the quality of the manufactured products meet the company’s and customer standards. Works closely with the Quality Assurance Supervisor, managers, line supervisors, and teammates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Following a recipe card carefully.
- Completing quality assurance checks every 30 minutes.
- Communicating in detail with the line supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor regarding each quality assurance check that is not within range per the recipe card.
- Assist with performing regular audits to ensure our products complies with company standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift 8-10lbs daily.
- Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn food production processes and quality.
- Organized and effective time management.
- Reliable.
