Production Operator - Manufacturing, Life Sciences; 1st Shift

Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications. Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision. Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision Good eye/hand coordination. Basic machine operation. Attention to detail important and good work ethic. Proficient at interpreting requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records. Understand basic mathematics. Proficient with measurement equipment. Good communication skills-verbal and written. Proficient at the operation, OJT & trouble-shooting processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas. Support site goals and initiatives. All other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Is this job for you ? Minimum High School Diploma or GED; required. Machine operating experience; preferred. Good eye/hand coordination, good manual dexterity; required. Good work ethic (both safe and quality), efficient and willingness to perform all required work; required.
