Description
In April of 2020, Enbridge Energy submitted multiple permit applications to the state and federal governments to replace and relocate a portion of the Line 5 pipeline in a tunnel beneath the Straits of Mackinac. In order for the tunnel project to become a reality, Enbridge must obtain local, state, and federal approvals. Many decisions are expected in late 2020. Join the Watershed Council’s Policy Director Jennifer McKay to hear the status of the various permit applications. In addition, you will hear about the Michigan Public Service Commission case.
