Description
Learn what is available to forage in the spring in northwest Michigan. Join self-professed plant nerd, Clay Bowers, Chef Nathalie Peters, and WaterFire Vineyards for an afternoon of foraging and food and wine pairing. Learn what is available to eat in springtime, along with medicinal uses, menu suggestions, and what wines best complement these plants. The cost includes hands-on foraging, along with the wine and dinner made from the foods from our wild harvest.
