The Torch Conservation Center Artisan Market welcomed over 10,302 visitors in 2025 and increase of 70% from 2024 - and we're on a mission to grow that number while educating more people on how to Care for Torch.
We're looking for a seasonal Assistant Manager to help lead daily market operations, coordinate volunteers, and create memorable guest experiences that connect art, commerce, and conservation.
Hours: Approximately 225 hours between May - October, plus light off-season support
Compensation: $5,000
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day market operations and ensure smooth guest experiences
Lead and support volunteers and docents
Manage inventory, sales, and visual merchandising
Assist with social media, event promotions, and community engagement
Support TCC's mission by connecting visitors to local artistry and "water-friendly living"
What We're Looking For:
✅ Passion for conservation, community, and creativity
✅ Strong organization and communication skills
✅Retail, business, or event experience a plus
