Job Description
Landscape Installation: Assists crew members in the construction & installation of hardscaping, drip irrigation, patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting beds, etc. Requires heavy lifting abilities, use of power tools & equipment. Assists in planting & landscape maintenance when necessary.
Landscape Maintenance: Assists crew members in the maintenance of customer properties to include planting, pruning, mulching, weeding and maintenance of planters, containers & baskets. Requires some heavy lifting, use of hand tools & light power tools such as weed whips, electric pruners, etc.

Our job sites are located in Antrim & Charlevoix Counties with the majority of our sites located on or around Torch Lake, Lake Michigan & Lake Charlevoix. Our business has an excellent customer retention rate & grows each year.
Our ideal candidate should enjoy working outdoors and have a deep appreciation of nature. Basic use of lawn tools & gardening skills are helpful but necessary. Training will be provided. We're more interested in your drive, attention to detail, creativity, artistic flair & love of nature. Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must have a clean, valid Driver's License.
- All positions require physical labor. Applicants must be in good physical condition able to lift 50 lbs.
