At The Foundry Craft Grillery, we believe that hospitality is an art form. As a bartender, you will play a critical role in providing our guests with a unique and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for making handcrafted cocktails and providing guests with exceptional service while adhering to our standards of quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting cocktails using quality ingredients.
- Creating and maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including keeping bar tools and equipment sanitized.
- Offering personalized recommendations to guests based on their taste preferences and menu items.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upselling drinks and menu items to increase revenue.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
- Assisting with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
- Complying with all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous bartending experience, excellent mixology skills, and a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails. They will also possess the following qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Knowledge of different types of alcohol, beer, and wine, as well as mixology techniques and trends.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
