Production Supervisor Schedule: 2nd Shift 4:00pm-2:30am Actively lead safety and environmental initiatives to achieve world class performance. Knowledge of all production processes and equipment. Monitor performance of team. Develop action plans for training and people development for team. Lead and coach direct reports. Give leadership support to peers and to Site Manager as needed. Understand all production related documents (SOP’s BOM’s, Quality Standards, etc.) and help to keep them
