Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to help plan and execute the annual Elk Rapids Harbor Days festival. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with vendors, volunteers, and the community while contributing to one of the most cherished events in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing festival events, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
• Vendor & Community Engagement: Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and local businesses to enhance festival experiences.
• Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and manage volunteers to support event activities.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support organizational needs.
• On-Site Support: Provide hands-on assistance during the event to ensure a successful experience for all attendees.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
