Zombie Parade
Description
Join in the Halloween fun as the ER High School parades downtown for the Annual Zombie Parade.
River Street will be closed from 4:15 until 5:15 pm.
Trick or Treating will be from 5:00-8:00 pm at downtown stores and neighborhoods.
