In partnership with the LWC and True Wind Holistic Therapy, we invite you to join us for a day of wine and socializing with peers and providers in the wellness space.

$15 for Yoga & Sound Bath. Mats and blankets will be provided for yoga.
$15 for a 15-minute chair massage, first come first serve sign-up.
