Meet vinter, Sara McGuire of Royal Farms as you experience a wine tasting with her and share a glass with friends. You will take a souvenir glass home with you.  Judith Wonacott has been teaching fitness for 20 years and most recently completed her contact hours with Shiva Rea for a 500 Hour Yoga Certification. This style of teaching is a full spectrum yoga class for all levels including beginners as well as challenging those who have studied for years.

 

Visiting a thriving farm will spark a new interest in the preservation of our fields and the yield we receive from them. Bring your own yoga or beach mat and all your yoga props. Or if needed, call ahead to have us reserve some for you.
