Sound Bath and Meditation Workshop #2

Join Mari Dew and Leslie Simionescu for our second Sound Bath and Meditation Workshop at Elk Rapids Yoga Flow.

This will be an evening to SLOW down and feel grounded, with peaceful energy. 

A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body.  It is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for the body, mind and spirit, inviting deep rest and renewal.
We will gather in a circle for gentle movements, breath work, chanting (no experience needed), moving into a healing sound bath with the sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a gong.

This class will be a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of relaxation, healing and self-discovery.
The perfect way to end your work week and begin the weekend!
