Do you have an email list and do not know how to make it an effective marketing tool? Do you send out emails that are never opened?
Join us for the first of our 3-part series on Email Marketing. We'll focus on how to make email marketing a powerful tool in your marketing toolbox.
This lunchtime workshop takes place Thursday, May 10 from noon - 1 p.m. at Traverse Area District Library's McGuire Community Room.
What You'll Learn:
Explore some of the platforms available.
- Then we'll pick a platform (hint hint, it's MailChimp) and discuss initial setup.
- Creating an account.
- Setting up a Master List with a group so you can pinpoint specific messages to the right people.
- Creating your first email template.
Who Should Attend:
- Anyone interested in learning the basics of a MailChimp account.
- Anyone who has thought about Email marketing but has not yet embarked on that journey.
- People who are currently using regular mail (i.e. Gmail) to send out marketing messages to your customers and prospects.
