Soup Tickets go on sale November 3rd at the Holiday Gift Fair from 10- 3pm.

Bellaire comes alive for the holiday season in the 9th Annual Light Up the Night and Soup Cook-Off celebration on December 1st, 2018 starting downtown from noon until 7 pm. 

Celebrate with family and friends with a day full of Holiday Events. From a free kid’s movie, ornament making to the annual “Soup Cook-Off” with 10+ participating restaurants, a visit with Santa after the “Parade of Lights.” Don’t forget the community Tree Lighting, Caroling and a live Nativity; this is truly a family friendly event. 

Purchase tickets for the Soup Cook-Off for $10/each to sample soups from 10+ area restaurants (600 tickets available starting November 4th). Last year’s winner was Pelican’s Nest with their Cream of Mushroom soup. The Cook-Off will run from 4:30 – 7 pm. 

Other great events during the day include Holiday Pop-Up Gift Show from 9-1 at the Commission on Aging, Turkey Bowling, Ribbon Cutting for "Emma's Way," Toys for Tots Toy Drive, Friends of the Library Auction & Christmas Reading. 

Bellaire is in Antrim County on M-88 between Lake Bellaire and Intermediate Lake.

2:30 pm: Free Movie Matinee @ Bellaire Theater. Bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Bellaire Food Pantry for admittance. Limited Seating.

4 - 4:45 pm: Kids FREE Ornament Making @ Village Hall

4 - 7 pm: Community Gathering @ Broad Street - Caroling, Cookies & Hot Chocolate and more!

4:30 - 7 pm Soup Cook-off - $10/ ticket (pre-purchased tickets)

5:30 pm: “Parade Of Lights” welcoming Santa & Mrs. Claus to town
