DESCRIPTION:Shop\, Eat & Celebrate in Downtown Bellaire for the 8th Annual Light Up the Night\n\n\n\nSponsored by DTE Energy Foundation\n\nPresented by the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce\n\n\n\nSoup Tickets go on sale November 3rd at the Holiday Gift Fair from 10- 3pm.\n\n\n\nBellaire comes alive for the holiday season in the 9th Annual Light Up the Night and Soup Cook-Off celebration on December 1st\, 2018 starting downtown from noon until 7 pm. \n\n\n\nCelebrate with family and friends with a day full of Holiday Events. From a free kid's movie\, ornament making to the annual "Soup Cook-Off" with 10+ participating restaurants\, a visit with Santa after the "Parade of Lights." Don't forget the community Tree Lighting\, Caroling and a live Nativity\; this is truly a family friendly event. \n\n\n\nPurchase tickets for the Soup Cook-Off for $10/each to sample soups from 10+ area restaurants (600 tickets available starting November 4th). Last year's winner was Pelican's Nest with their Cream of Mushroom soup. The Cook-Off will run from 4:30   7 pm. \n\n\n\nOther great events during the day include Holiday Pop-Up Gift Show from 9-1 at the Commission on Aging\, Turkey Bowling\, Ribbon Cutting for "Emma's Way\," Toys for Tots Toy Drive\, Friends of the Library Auction & Christmas Reading. \n\n\n\nBellaire is in Antrim County on M-88 between Lake Bellaire and Intermediate Lake.\n\n\n\nShopping-stores are open all day to help you complete or begin your Christmas Shopping!
