Barrel #1 sold out in 8 minutes. For Barrel #2 we will have a two (2) bottle allotment for EACH GUEST in line. Tickets will be given out in line for those who arrive early and are waiting patiently. If you dress up in Halloween garb, an ¿ family member will be handing out special treats. This is the only Double Oaked 100% blue corn bourbon in the world. Proudly handmade in Elk Rapids, from corn grown locally. It is something we are incredibly proud of and excited to share with you.

Birobur Blue Corn Bourbon | 6yo | Barrel #2 nosing and Tasting Notes: At this stage, in late 2018/ early 2019, our blue corn bourbon program was still in development - the recipe was still being perfected. More fruit forward than barrel #1 this cask has aromatics of subtle grape, pronounced almond, and hints of candied date and cherry. The pallet is more refined, less grain forward, and balanced with a hint of appropriate spice, followed a luxurious long-ester finish. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with a viscous coating. It is substantially more balanced and refined from barrel #1. And they are only going to get better from here...

Halloween Bash Details:
Bust out the leather, lace, and scary faces for our annual Ethanology Halloween Bash! We will have killer tunes from Beatnip (DJ Franck), starting at 7:00pm, a scary drink feature and a costume contests; duo, scariest and group + the distillery will be decorated to die for! Grab your broomstick or DeLorean and fly in for some halloween shenanigans on Friday October 25th. Sabores Y Colores will be on-site from 1-8 slinging the finest scratch Mexican.
