Green ER Earthday Workshop
Description
In keeping with this year’s theme of “Water Matters,” Green Elk Rapids will be holding a workshop on Earth Day, April 22nd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the HERTH. The project will entail repurposing plastic water bottles as a way of bringing attention to the ongoing water crisis in Flint and to spur action to protect our waterways in northern Michigan. Here is where we need your help. Please start collecting (but do not buy) water bottles for the workshop. Just save bottles that might be on the way to the trash or recycle bins and then plan on attending the Earth Day Workshop geared for young and old alike! For more information, call 264-6616.
