Join us for a Sharing is Caring Yoga Class. This is a donation-based flow class with proceeds going to the Father Fred Foundation. The donation will contain the names of all that participated unless you state you want to remain anonymous. With the challenges of 2020 still upon us, we know there are many people struggling in our own community. We want to show our sincere gratitude to all of you for your support while helping our neighbors in the area this holiday season.
This class will begin with a centering warm-up, moving into a gentle slow flow then wind down with static poses and settle into a guided Shavasana. This will be an all-levels class so you can modify any pose to get exactly what you need.
The class will be offered via Zoom and you can schedule through our website at elkrapidsyogaflow.com.
