As the pandemic continued this year, many people suffer from anxiety and depression, even though lockdown has softened in most parts of the world. Having a consistent yoga practice helps us stay energetic, healthy, increases immunity and most of all strengthens our mind/body connection.
At ERYF we care about all of you and your Well Being so we are offering FREE yoga classes on this special day.
