Ruth Bay will share her interesting and informative findings from the genealogical history research she recently did of the men and women the Elk Rapids History Museum's windows were dedicated to and/or dedicated by. She is a local genealogical researcher who's chaired and served on many boards and committies dedicated to her interest in literacy, genealogy and the environment.
