Description
The Elk Rapids Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will unveil their strategic plan at a public presentation on Wednesday, December 2 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Historic Elk Rapids Town Hall (401 River Street) building. The strategic plan is a supplemental document to the DDA Development and TIF Plan adopted in 2011 and provides recommendations for short- and long-term projects identified using several methods of public input.
The Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is generously sponsoring the event. Refreshments will be provided along with a presentation from Bethany Whitley, the lead consultant from the Northern Lakes Economic Alliance. The presentation will be followed by time for questions and answers from the public.
