Offering art expertise & the spirit of collaboration for twenty years, we are excited to celebrate ART BEAT gallery tour of Elk Rapids. Each gallery has treats in store for you & your friends & family.

- Northport acrylic painter, Moira Racich will demonstrate throughout the day.
Blue Heron Gallery (eastside of Elk Rapids):
Located east of Route 31 on Ames Street for 24years, Blue Heron shows hundreds of Michigan artists with the largest collection of paintings in the area.

- Gallery owner Dan Reszka, widely known for his watercolors, will be demonstrating from 10am to noon.
- A drawing will be held for Dan's prints.
- Artist, Kathy Amerman will demonstrate her textile weaving from 11 to 2pm
- Kay Looyengoed will demonstrate her watercolor paintings from noon to 3pm.

Located south of Elk Rapids along Route 31, Twisted Fish has been serving artists and collectors for 22 years.

- The Gallery will be holding an hourly gift certificate drawing.
- Artists will be on site throughout the day demonstrating their work including:

- Richard Stoker – abstract drawings, greeting cards, and posters
- Charles Murphy – watercolor paintings
