2017 Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council ICE BREAKERS
"Winter Speaker Series" Heat up your winter afternoons with some warm conversation on hot "water related" topics.
Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a sailor assigned to a Great Lakes ice breaker? Join the Commanding Officer of a United States Coast Guard Cutter to hear about a day in the life of an icebreaking sailor. What is the day to day routine? How do they work, eat, sleep, and maintain themselves and their vessel as they go about delivering icebreaking services to the region?
