New Ashtanga Yoga class - May 5, 2025 8:00am

We are offering a NEW Ashtanga yoga class beginning next Monday May 5th at 8:00am with Stephanie.
 
Ashtanga yoga is described as a dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures/poses.  It’s rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath.  While it can be a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.
All levels are welcome, and modifications will be encouraged for those newer to yoga, making it accessible for everyone.
