Landscape Logic Expands with New Elk Rapids Location

Landscape Logic of Charlevoix, a proud member of the Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce the opening of its second location in Elk Rapids, set for April 2025. This expansion reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing service for clients in Elk Rapids, Torch Lake, Williamsburg, and Traverse City.

The new facility not only increases Landscape Logic’s regional service capacity, but also brings valuable career opportunities to local residents, strengthening the company's connection to community development.

“We are incredibly excited to open our second location,” said Troy Bradberry of Landscape Logic. “It has long been a goal of ours to establish a presence in Elk Rapids, and we’re thrilled to plant roots in such a vibrant and growing community and establish year-round business vitality.”

Additionally, after 48 years of owning Pine Hill Nursery, Ralph and Sandy Naples have been looking to retire and find the right partner to work towards this goal. Ralph and Sandy are in the process of working with Scott Philp, of Landscape Logic to purchase Pine Hill Nursery’s Kewadin location.  They will work together to ensure Pine Hill’s legacy is preserved and the facility stays a destination for the ultimate garden experience.  Scott intends to keep Pine Hill Nursery’s connection to the Elk Rapids community vibrant and growing into the future.
