Event Description:
On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am, we will meet at Bodywise! This walking and/or running program is designed to help participants achieve their fitness goals. There will be 2 eight week sessions, April 10-May 31, 2018 and June 5-July 26, 2018. It will be an instructor led program. Through regular training you may increase your pace and distance and enjoy camaraderie and friendship. It is designed for full eight week participation, but is open to drop-ins and punch cards for people who are coming and going.
