Dr. Angela Keas of InMotion Chiropractic will give a program at The Elk Rapids District Library on "Understanding Your Pain". Dr Keas will help you to understand what triggers pain, when you should be concerned, and how exercise and motion can help relieve pain. This program will be held in the meeting room at the Library.
