We are excited to bring you a regular Wednesday night Slow Flow practice that we will rotate between Peg, Lisa and our newest instructor Sarah! This is a great opportunity to fit in a practice after your workday and get you over the midweek hump! This class will incorporate slow movements to build and strengthen our bodies while using our breath to regulate moments of challenge and stillness. Great for all levels!
