Each class will combine Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a low impact; high intensity workout that is great for all levels (Yes, beginners, too!) HIIT has been proven to burn more calories and build leaner muscles. We will work on strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and toning in each class. Be ready to get your heart rate up, sweat, and have a good time!
