Combine some of your favorite things! Enjoy a farm to table luncheon at Royal Farms. Meet vinter, Sara McGuire of Royal Farms as you experience a wine tasting with her and share a glass with friends. Get a chance to stretch out on a yoga mat with a unique view of Grand Traverse Bay.

Visiting a thriving farm will spark a new interest in the preservation of our fields. Vino & Vinyasa will awaken your senses by combining Northern Michigan's finest pure nature with ancient traditions of taste and technique. Escape to our state's roots of Michigan agriculture and experience the joy and satisfaction of connecting with our heritage in an invigorating and inclusive yoga class.

Judith Wonacott, owner & founder of Bodywise Fitness & Wellness, has been teaching fitness for 20 years and is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. This style of teaching is a full spectrum yoga class for all levels including beginners as well as challenging those who have studied for years.

Bring your own yoga or beach mat and all your yoga props. Or if needed, call ahead to have us reserve some for you.

Please plan to arrive a half hour before event begins. Pre-registration required.
