We are thrilled to have Anne come back to Elk Rapids with her newest program! Anne is a change expert, professional speaker, author of Get Over It and creator/host of Igniting Courage Podcast. We all know change is uncomfortable. Anne will guide you the stages of resistance to change and how to move through them Anne will give you 3 things you need to uphold when interacting with others.

CONQUERING THOSE TOUGH CONVERSATIONS: Having tough conversations isn't fun for anyone, but if we want to effectively deal with inevitable work conflicts and strengthen relationships, we need to know how to approach conversations, so the other person wants to participate. This is a particularly tactical workshop so people leave with real world ways to have effective conversations.
