Join Eric Crissman of the Michigan DNR to learn how to tie a "Woolly Bugger", which is one of the best fly patterns to catch a variety of fish. The NORTHERN ANGLER is generously providing the equipment and the Elk Rapids Library will buy the supplies for the first 5 participants. Please call the library to sign up.
