We are thrilled to have Anne come back to Elk Rapids with her newest program! Anne is a change expert, professional speaker, author of Get Over It and creator/host of Igniting Courage Podcast. We all know change is uncomfortable. Anne will guide you the stages of resistance to change and how to move through them Anne will give you 3 things you need to uphold when interacting with others.

LEADING THROUGH CHANGE: Change is hard. When you add the need to lead others through it, it can get overwhelming. The problem is, change is a constant, expecially in today's fast paced workplace so having the tools to overcome the discomfort will improve the effectiveness as a leader. Anne will provide concepts and immediately applicable strategies to put into play as soon as they get back to the office to better lead teams through change.
