Finding Your Animal Chakra – Discovery of Power Through the Ways of Animals - Friday, July 24th: 1 to 4pm

Have you ever noticed animals that reoccur or present themselves to you in your life?

First Nation People believe these animals are here to teach us something.

This workshop is designed to help you begin to find your animal totems and explore their messages to you.

Each student will create their own image via supplies provided or any photos, special mementos or items that you choose to bring for home to incorporate into your project.

No artistic skills necessary, as Artist & Licensed Art Therapist, Barbara Greenwood will walk us through the process of beginning and completing our chakra. Students will be encouraged to discuss what they discover as their animals speak to them. What is this telling you about yourself? What is it that you’d like to receive or learn from your animal? We will draw upon the shared experience in a safe and meaningful way.
