The Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a customer service excellence training program on Monday 23rd from 8:30am to 10:30am at HERTH.
This training program is tailored for businesses that deal directly with visitors and are looking for ways to improve their customer service experience. The program will be lead by Ed Eppley of the Table Group, a consulting firm based in Lafayette, California. Ed worked with the community of Steamboat Springs, Colorado in developing and implementing their customer service excellence program that plans to train everyone in the community that interacts with visitors. Participation in this training will be free of charge to chamber members and will be limited to 35 participants. Registration for the event will begin on Monday May 9th. All registrations will be handled online at www.elkrapidschamber.org.
