Presented by Veuve Clicquot\n\n10:00 am to 6:00 pm   Elk River Landing off Dexter Street\n\nHarbor Day and Various Information Booths\n\nHand Crafted\, Kayaks\, Wooden Boats\, and Ice Boats on display\n\nArtists in Action\n\nBeverage Tent   noon-6:00 pm (*must be 21)\n\nNoon   4:00 pm Music\n\nVendors\n\n1:00 pm   2:00 pm Interlochen Public Radio presents "The Sound Garden Project". A live Saxophone quartet will be circulating the event with pop-up performances to give a classical music "experience" where you least expect it. Sponsored by ART RAPIDS. Musicians are ICA graduates.\n\nPlein Air Artists will be spaced throughout the event to capture the scenes of the day.
