An Ecumenical Women&rsquo\;s Retreat on Saturday\, October 21\, 2023\, is being sponsored by the church community of Elk Rapids. \;Peg Arnold\, an internationally known\, inspirational speaker from the &ldquo\;Wonder of Women Ministry\,&rdquo\; will use a unique blend of Biblical teachings\, drama\, and humor to encourage us to find our true value and purpose. The theme of the event is &ldquo\;Distracted Hearts\, Devoted Hearts.&rdquo\; Evaluations from a similar retreat held in May of 2022 were excellent!

\n\nFellowship begins at 8:30 a.m. with the program time being 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The event will take place in the Fellowship Hall of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elk Rapids. A fee of $25 will include lunch. Grants are available: \;We are targeting young women\, women who don&rsquo\;t have a church affiliation\, and women who need financial assistance.
