It is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for the body\, mind and spirit\, inviting deep rest and relaxation. \n\nWe will gather in a circle for gentle movements\, breath work\, chanting (no experience needed)\, moving into a healing sound bath with the sounds from crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, and a gong.\n\nA sound bath is a deeply relaxing\, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation\, healing and self discovery. The perfect way to end your work week and begin the weekend!
