We will begin class on the shore of Lake Michigan at the Antrim Creek Nature Preserve at the end of Rex Beach Road\, just down the road from Royal Farms. There will be a quick introduction to stand up paddleboarding. We will review how to paddle\, turn techniques\, safety basics\, and what to do if you fall!\n\n \n\nAn instructor will help you launch\, and we head for a ten to fifteen minute paddle to warm up the body before anchoring down and moving through a mellow yoga flow on the boards. We explore sun salutations\, steady poses\, and challenging poses for the adventurous! This portion concludes with a deep relaxation on the water\, with the sound of waves lapping at your board.\n\n \n\nAfter conquering Lake Michigan with Judith on your SUP\, we'll head to the Royal Farms tasting room.
