DESCRIPTION:The Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting an open online forum for interested voters who want to hear the views and comments of the six candidates running for the Elk Rapids Village Council. The forum will be held via Zoom on Wednesday\, September 23\, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm\, and will be facilitated by Village resident Rick Bellingham. Each candidate will be allowed two minutes to give voters an overview of why they are running. Candidates will then be asked a series of questions regarding issues facing the community. Finally\, audience participants will be allowed a chance to ask the candidates their own specific questions. The election is Tuesday\, November 3.\n\n \n\nEveryone is welcome to join the Zoom forum.
