DESCRIPTION:Join us for a new 6-week evening Vin/Yin class focusing on the 6 Chakras\, or energy centers along our spine.  The Chakra series will focus each week on a different chakra designed to balance and align each of the body's energy centers. The goal is to unblock these centers so energy can flow more freely throughout our bodies.\n\nThe word Chakra  means "plexus\," "wheel\," or "vortex."\n\nThese classes will be perfect for all levels of practice.
