These events help keep harmful materials out of our forests\, soil\, and waterways.\n\nPlease note:\n\nThis event is open to Antrim County residents only and ends promptly at noon. A small fee is collected for electronics and latex paint.\n\nCommonly Accepted Items:\n\nOil-based paints\, stains\, and solvents\n\nAutomotive fluids (motor oil\, antifreeze\, gasoline)\n\nHousehold cleaners and chemicals\n\nPesticides\, herbicides\, and fertilizers\n\nBatteries\n\nFluorescent bulbs and mercury-containing items\n\nPropane tanks\, fire extinguishers\n\nElectronics and tires (fees/limits may apply)\n\nUnknown or unlabeled chemicals\n\nItems Not Accepted:\n\nAppliances (refrigerators\, stoves\, washers\, dryers\, etc.)\n\nMedical waste/sharps\n\nAmmunition or explosives\n\nCommercial or industrial waste\n\n Volunteers Needed\n\nWe're always looking for volunteers.
