Here is your chance!\n\n\n\nOur head distiller Geri is holding a basic distilling workshop at Ethanology February 10\, 2018. Geri will cover basic topics of distillation in this first educational course.\n\n\n\nTopics Incude:\n\n\n\n-Milling & mash bill selection\n\n-Fermentation\; chemistry and additions\n\n-Distillation\; intro to still types and operation\n\n-Cuts & product types\n\n-Intro to maturation\n\n-Safety ...\n\n-Legal considerations\n\n-Q&A\n\nThis educational course will take approximately 2.5hrs\, and admission is $40. All participants will receive 15% off cocktails\, and are encouraged to bring a laptop or notepad. ****Class is limited to 10 people and reservations are required! Please call or stop in to the distillery to purchase tickets!****\n\n\n\nA follow up 1/2 day workshop\, and a full day workshop will be offered for those who want to take a deeper dive into the science and art of distillation at a later date.
