DESCRIPTION:The Elk Rapids School Bands invite the community to a Chili Cook-Off in the High School Cafeteria.  Each contestant is required to bring one crockpot of chili and fixings\, such as crackers\, cornbread\, cheese\, etc.  Admission is by donation and includes free chili and band performance.  The winner will be announced during performance.  All proceeds benefit the district band program.
