DESCRIPTION:Jerry Gates\, a lead artist at Twisted Fish Gallery since its inception 17 years ago\, will be the focus of\, "Earth\, Wind\, Water." \n\nThe exhibit runs June 1   24\, with an opening reception to honor Gates and his work happening June 1 from 6 to 8 pm. Ten percent of all art sales from this exhibit will be donated to Conservation Resource Alliance (CRA). Gates is a major donor to the Conservation Resource Alliance\, which has been caring for northern Michigan's rivers and other natural treasures for 50 years. \n\nGates has spent his life studying the texture\, shape\, and composition of natural surroundings. Nature\, which is the core of and inspiration for his work\, is presented in highly realistic images of his favorite rivers and fields.
